Refund Policy

At Feast & Fête, your satisfaction matters to us. Every meal is prepared with care, using fresh ingredients and strict quality standards. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to offer refunds once meals have been delivered or collected.

However, if you receive a meal that is defective, damaged, or not up to standard, we will gladly replace it. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are not available for meals that were incorrectly stored, handled, or consumed after delivery.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for catering orders. Orders cancelled after this period may not qualify for a refund.

  • All replacement or refund requests must be sent to orders@feastfete.co.za or via WhatsApp at +27 64 334 0252 with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
